• Workshops: From facilitating conversations that bridge generations to introducing older adults to AI technology, my workshops are designed to inspire, inform, and empower. I create spaces where participants feel valued and engaged, tailoring each session to their unique needs.
   

• Storytelling: Whether documenting Māori oral traditions or curating the "Voices of Reservoir" campaign, my storytelling  work transforms lived experiences into compelling narratives. By combining photography, video, and visual storytelling, I create powerful connections that foster understanding and amplify diverse voices. 
   

• Engagement: From designing inclusive workshops for diverse communities, crafting creative community engagement strategies, or documenting shared narratives, my focus is always on fostering meaningful connections. I excel in transforming qualitative data into compelling stories that amplify voices and drive social impact, as well as analysing quantitative data to deliver insights that inform policy and strategic decisions.
   

• Lay Research: As a lay researcher, I bring curiosity, empathy, and a commitment to amplifying community voices to my exploration of themes like ageing, Indigenous knowledge, and human rights. My work transforms lived experiences into compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences and drive meaningful dialogue.
